Saturday night in Shibuya

Had dinner with some friends on Saturday night at an izakaya where they serve macrobiotic dishes. One of the best meals I've had since moving to Tokyo.

Tim was in town the weekend before last, which was also very cool. We tried to scope out a local scene, but kinda failed (sorry Tim).

And the BIG news -- my sister just got engaged!

My friend Miki was nice enough to bake us this hazelnut caramel cheesecake. I have a great picture of Miki posing with her creation, but she banned me from posting it. Sigh.
